Hello everyone! If you’re reading this, you’ve likely done a search for ‘skydiving near me’ or ‘best place to go skydiving in Missouri’, and you’ve stumbled upon this blog which is great because that’s the reason we’ve written it! We’d like to introduce ourselves to you and invite you to join us for a tandem skydive – whether it’s your first time or your 100th – because we think we’ve got something special going on here!

Skydive St. Louis opened its doors in 2019 making us the new kids on the block in Missouri for skydiving and we’ve had a blast building our business despite the challenges of COVID-19. We have met so many incredible people who have completely inspired us (have you read Brigette’s amazing story yet?). What we’d like to share is a little bit of who we are, what we believe and our approach to skydiving.

It’s hard to tell what the perception may be of people who live their lives skydiving, but if you think we guzzle Mountain Dew and Red Bull’s all day, that’s not entirely accurate. Skydive St. Louis is owned and operated by a group of families living lives by design centered around our passions – skydiving! Many of us have children and we’ve come to love our new home here in St. Louis. We are a family that takes the fun of skydiving – seriously (read: we’re serious about your safety and the safety of our team).

Our owners and managers have been in skydiving for a long time – they’ve worked at various skydiving centers around the country and the world and they’ve seen firsthand the right way and the “not so right way” of running a skydiving business. We’ve taken the best elements we’ve seen and incorporated it into how we run our humble dropzone. For us, we are focused on delivering a great customer experience that goes beyond the simple act of exiting an aircraft, freefalling and landing. We believe a great skydiving experience is so much more than a skydive! It begins with how one is treated and that means having a passionate crew who love what they do. All of this is centered around our core values which are very simple:
